I want to open a restaurant

and I don't know a single thing about it. I love my concept and I think it'll do well if done right. Plus I have no money, how that for some balls?? But somehow I'll make it happen. Ideally, I'd like to wait until both the girls are in school full time but that's not until 5 years from now. I think it'll take me a year or so to get all the details worked out but there's a space I like NOW which is a problem. But I'm sure I'll find another space when I'm ready. I'm going to spend 2010 working out all the details and learning everything I need to learn and hopefully I can find a way to afford to open it at the end of 2011.
